The Government’s Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC) went live in April 2010 and may mean your business has to make significant savings in CO2 to avoid the penalties and enjoy the rewards it offers.
How does this affect you? Your IT environment contributes significantly, in some cases up to 45% of your total carbon footprint, consequently we would like to invite you to a CRC Seminar, which will explain what the CRC scheme is, what it means to you, and how your computing infrastructure can be both the biggest contributor to your carbon footprint and the area where savings in power, cost and CO2 can be made most easily.
Seminar Overview • What is the CRC and how it will affect your organization • How the computing environment contributes to your carbon footprint • Conducting and Infrastructure Efficiency Assessment • Early actions that will help minimize the footprint of your ICT environment
The CRC is new but it’s here to stay and is strongly supported by the new Government who has stated that it will be the ‘Greenest Government yet’, so join us and find out how you can ensure you can support your organisation in supporting environmental sustainability.
