Blue Chip is looking to recruit a Nav Consultant to add to its extensive team. This position has become available through continued growth. The Blue Chip workplace and structure ensures plenty of opportunity for advancement for hard working team members.
The role involves all standard support duties including, 1st to 3rd line support, and dealing with development issues and bug fixing. There is heavy involvement in consultancy, development and projects.
The position involves far more than the title implies. Previous experience would be helpful although not essential, as training will be given.
If you are an Apprentice or Graduates your CV will be considered.
The idea candidate will have:
Dynamics NAV support experience - 12 months would be a bonus
Dynamics NAV development experience in C/side or C/AL for 12 months would be a bonus
Experience of supporting end users or training users or taking support calls.
Good communications skills as this is a customer facing role.

Blue Chip is looking to recruit a number of Service Desk Advisers to add to its extensive team. This position has become available through continued new customer acquisition and the need to deliver. The services desk ensures a busy and challenging workplace. Blue Chips workplace and structure ensures plenty of opportunity for advancement for hard working team members. You will need to be capable of working on your own initiative.
Within the Service Desk department you will be responsible for assisting our customers over the phone and ending the call knowing that you have done your utmost to assist them and leave them satisfied.
Calls are not heavily scripted so you will have to be able to think on your feet and deal with a number of situations. You must have excellent verbal communication skills, a passion for helping customers through difficult situations. Strong administrative skills are essential.
Ideally we are looking for an individual with the following technical competencies and experience:
Confident telephone manner
All IT skills, qualifications and experience considered for a range of roles in the Service Desk Team

Ability to communicate at all levels
A proactive approach with sense of urgency
