Blue Chip is one of the UK's leading providers of ICT. At the heart of the success of our organisation is our ability to build and maintain a successful two-way communication process between the board of directors and our employees.
We pride ourselves on having a flat management structure and an open environment, where we listen to employees in a variety of forums to exchange ideas and support employee initiatives. Within the context of our work hard, play hard culture, Blue Chip believes that in order for employees to thrive and grow, value must be attributed to the less tangible - but no less critical - benefits that make work fulfilling; benefits such as, flexibility to help you manage family life; greater freedom in charting your career development and more say in shaping the company's products and culture.
To this end, we continually invest in our employees, providing training programmes focused around emerging technologies, thus ensuring that we continually keep abreast of industry innovations and product releases to benefit our customers.
Are you a Recruitment Agency? Blue Chip operates a strict sole agency agreement with SOS recruitment. We will only accept candidates from our preferred agency. Any 'Second Tier' supplier agreement will need to be negotiated directly with SOS recruitment.
