Natures Way Foods (NWF) is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of freshly prepared fruit and bagged salads to the retail and food service sectors. Established in 1994 they are one of the fastest growing and innovative fresh produce manufacturers in the UK. Blue Chip has worked closely with NWF for five years and is its partner of choice for IT infrastructure services and technical training.

NWF invests heavily in its employee’s personal development through training and exams with the aim of keeping staff up-skilled to increase productivity. Working in partnership with NWF, Blue Chip spends time on-site analysing delegate skill levels and recommends appropriate courses in line with new product releases and planned implementation projects. This ensures NWF stays at the cutting edge of technology providing their implementation engineers and support desk teams with the skills and best practice methodologies to deploy and manage the latest technologies.

As well as assisting NWF to develop a training plan, Blue Chip facilitates certifications in Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and Prince2 certification, to name but a few. Blue Chip also helps to resource requirements that are not part of their core portfolio and assists NWF to utilise their Microsoft Software Assurance training vouchers maximising the benefits from their existing investment in Microsoft licencing.
