We are looking to hire an ambitious Internal Account Manager. This role provides administrative and sales support to a team of Account Managers and would suit an individual looking to build a career in professional B2B technology sales. By supporting the Account Management team this role ensures we deliver the best service we can whilst hitting our challenging sales targets.

Some IT & sales knowledge is an advantage, however, enthusiasm; an ability to learn and absorb information; and enjoy working in a fast moving team environment is crucial.

This role includes:

• Covering for Account Managers when they are out of the office; managing email, telephone enquiries
• Preparing sales quotations, renewals and processing sales orders
• Liaising with customers
• Preparation of proposals & supporting information
• Managing customer items on order
• Updating of internal CRM system
• Any other supportive task required to meet customer needs
