Field Based Project Engineer

Blue Chip is looking to recruit a number of experienced Project Engineers to add to its extensive team. This position has become available through continued new customer acquisitions and the need to deliver on site technical excellence.

You will need to be capable of working on your own initiative to diagnose and solve issues, as well as being part of a Projects team. The position involves Pre-Sales support, systems installation, on site troubleshooting and systems administration and would suit an individual that thrives in a role with continual variety.

Ideally we are looking for an individual with the following technical competencies and experience;

• VMware
• Hyper V
• Active directory
• MS Exchange 2003-2010
• MS System Centre
• VDI View/Xen
• Citrix Xenapp
• Trend Antivirus
• Symantec Backup Exec and System Recovery Server
• Firewalls/Router/switching
